Brenda’s background in Customer Service has provided her with Integrity, respect for others, accountability, and professionalism. By nature, Brenda is detail oriented and has a strong belief in providing nothing less than the best service she can provide. She believes in the Customer Service Creed that “The customer is our reason for being here and to always do more than is expected”. 

Brenda truly derives great pleasure in knowing that she is a procuring cause in someone’s happiness. Brenda was blessed to be the mother of three beautiful daughters who were all raised in the Lake in the Hills and Huntley area. She has a huge love of travel and photography and loves experiencing new places, meeting new and diverse people, and learning about new cultures.
